No Boss, no Fixed hours. You choose your city, your hours, and how many deliveries to take. Payment to your EcoCash or Zipit within 2 hours of each confirmed delivery.

1. Sign Up & get Verified
Fill in the Courier sign-up form. We verify your licence, bike registration and ID within 24 hours. Once approved, your profile goes live on the network.

2. Accept a Delivery job
Buyers post delivery requests at checkout. Browse available jobs in your city — see pickup address, drop-off and fee — then accept with one click.

3. Collect from the Vendor
Go to the Car breaker, salvage yard or parts supplier on the job card. Show your Octane Auto Courier ID, collect the sealed part, and set off.

Part-Time Riders
Already ride for another job? Take Octane Auto deliveries in your free hours. Most part-timers earn $40–$80 extra per week.
Full-Time Couriers
Make car parts delivery your primary income. Full-time Harare couriers typically complete 8–15 deliveries per day, earning $180–$280 per week.
Supplier-Based Riders
Some car breakers,salvage yards and part suppliers want a dedicated rider. We connect you with them for a fixed arrangement plus per-delivery top-ups.

How much can you earn?

You set your own delivery rate based on distance. Octane Automotive Logistics takes 20% of each delivery fee — you keep 80%. No hidden deductions. Paid within 2 hours of confirmed delivery.

Courier FAQ

Common Questions

Is there a cost to join?
No. Joining is completely free. There are no registration fees, equipment fees, or monthly charges. Octane Automotive Logistics only takes 20% from each completed delivery.
When and how do I get paid?
Payment is sent to your EcoCash or Zipit within 2 hours of the buyer confirming receipt. You can also request a daily or weekly payout batch from your courier dashboard. There is no minimum payout threshold.
What if the buyer is not home?
Call the buyer using the number on the job card. If unreachable after 2 attempts, mark the delivery as "buyer unavailable" in the app. The order is returned to the seller or rescheduled.
What if a part gets damaged during delivery?
All couriers are recommended to take insurance cover for such incidencies to avoid incurring losses following damage to clients' parcels. The courier who does not take insurance shall be responsible and liable for the replacement of damaged customer goods.
Can I work in more than one city?
Yes. You can update your operating city in the dashboard at any time. If you regularly travel between cities, contact us to activate multi-city mode, which lets you accept jobs in any city you're currently in.
How long does verification take?
Documents are reviewed within 24 hours on working days. You receive an SMS once approved. If any document is unclear we'll contact you to resubmit. Most applicants are approved on the first submission.
Can I decline jobs I don't want?
Yes. You're not obligated to accept any job. Jobs you ignore expire after 10 minutes and are offered to the next available courier. Declining frequently will lower your job offer priority — set yourself to "offline" when unavailable rather than ignoring jobs.
What parts am I not allowed to carry?
You may not carry complete engines (too heavy), full vehicle body panels, or parts over 30kg. Liquids (coolant, oil) must be in sealed containers. Hazardous materials including batteries containing acid and gas cylinders are not permitted on motorbikes.
Is there a minimum number of deliveries required?
No minimum. You can do 1 delivery or 15. However, accounts inactive for more than 60 consecutive days without notice may be deactivated. Set yourself to "Away" in the dashboard if you're taking time off.
How is my rating calculated?
After each delivery the buyer rates you 1–5 stars. Your rating is the rolling average of your last 50 deliveries. Couriers below 3.5 are suspended pending a review. A rating above 4.5 unlocks priority job offers and a "Top Courier" badge on your profile.
